Pilates

Pilates offers low intensity movement that helps strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles. Pilates helps gain more flexibility in ones spine and body by focusing on the core muscles as the powerhouse.  In all exercises the breath is most important as breathing correctly helps the fluidity of each movement and allows your body to move correctly.  

Pilates offers a variety of class levels depending on clients needs. Classes and private sessions can range from restorative to intense focusing on what clients are looking to accomplish.
