Qi Gong/Meditation

Qigong is an ancient form of meditative movement accessible to all bodies. It can be adapted to any range of movement and can be practiced standing, sitting, or lying down. These simple movements, meditations, and breath practices gently unlock the body’s inherent healing potential and are deeply soothing to the nervous system. Everyone can benefit from qigong to amplify their health and vitality. Qigong is referred to in India as Chinese Yoga and is increasingly the focus of much exciting research being done at major research hospitals for conditions including Cancer, Parkinson’s, Chronic Pain, Anxiety, PTSD, and Depression.

 

A typical session would include gentle movement, breath practices, meditation, and self-massage techniques. Group and individual 1 hour sessions available. Guo Lin Walking Qigong groups for Cancer and chronic disease recovery.
